Danielle Raleigh, the proud owner of Chocolate and Balloons and party planner extraordinaire, loves being a part of her clients’ special celebrations. Her greatest joy comes from going over-the-top for her customers and seeing the excitement in their eyes when their creative vision comes to life!

Danielle attended Niagara College for event planning and though she was bright-eyed and excited for the future, she wasn’t sure exactly where her degree would take her. A few years after graduation and after garnering experience in the hospitality industry, she purchased Staten Island’s famous Egger’s Ice Cream Parlor, which she happily owns and operates to this day.

As the owner of Egger’s Ice Cream Parlor, she quickly noticed that there was a need to provide party planning services for her customers, so in 2019, she acquired Chocolate and Balloons — conveniently located just a hop, skip, and a jump away from her ice cream parlor.

Since then, Chocolate and Balloons has evolved with the trends of the industry to bring Staten Island and New Jersey the absolute best in party planning, desserts, and decor!
